To cancel your subscription, log into your SunCentral account and follow these steps: Login to your SunCentral Account > Accounting Settings > Account Management > Begin Cancellation Process > Continue to Cancellation Form > Fill out and Submit Form.
Per your contract, you may terminate your subscription at any time with ninety (90) days prior written notice. Once you submit the cancellation form, we will begin the process of updating your allocation with the utility, which can take up to six (6) months depending on the utility’s timeline. You may continue receiving solar credits during this period, and you will be responsible for SunCentral invoices tied to any bill credits allocated to your account until your utility updates your subscription status.
If you're moving, you may be able to transfer your subscription to your new address as long as it's in one of our active markets. Contact customer service at customerservice@suncentral.net for assistance with a transfer or to review your available options.
