The cancellation process may take up to 90 days, based on the utility’s timeline to finalize your account. You may continue to receive solar credits on your bill, and you will be responsible for your SunCentral invoices until your subscription is terminated and finalized by your utility company.
If you are moving, you may be able to transfer your subscription to your new address as long as it's in one of our active market areas. Please contact customer service, and we can support your transfer or provide you with your available options.
