How do I cancel my subscription?

Community solar is flexible, so it’s not often that we see people cancel. But, we do understand that things happen! If you move within the same utility territory, you can actually take your solar savings with you. If you need to cancel for other reasons, you may do so according to the terms of your Subscription Agreement, which can be found in your SunCentral portal. In most cases, we allow for termination with a 90-day notice, as it may take that long for the utility to unenroll you from the program. During that time you will still receive solar credits and are responsible for paying your subscription invoice.
