How long does it take to cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription requires 90 days prior written notice and can take up to six (6) months to be fully finalized with your utility, depending on their timeline for processing allocation updates.

Login to your SunCentral Account > Accounting Settings > Account Management > Begin Cancellation Process > Continue to Cancellation Form > Fill out and Submit Form.

While your cancellation is being processed, you may continue to receive solar credits on your utility bill. You will remain responsible for SunCentral invoices tied to any credits allocated to your account until the utility officially updates your subscription status.
