Canceling your subscription can take up to 90 days to verify with the utility and fully remove you from the program. To initiate the cancellation process, you will need to send a written notice via email to SunCentral’s customer service at customerservice@suncentral.net.
While your cancellation is being processed, you may still receive solar credits on your bill and you will be responsible for your SunCentral invoices until the cancellation is finalized with your utility company.
