There is no sign up cost for enrolling in the community solar subscription. You will never be charged any cancellation or hidden fees with your community solar subscription. We only charge for a percentage of the credits the utility applies to your electric bill.
You will keep your utility account active and create an online portal account with us. You will still receive a utility bill, in addition to a bill from Pivot Energy. The bill from Pivot Energy will be for a portion of the credits that you received from your utility. You may pay using automatic debit from your bank account or credit card.
