What is community solar?

Community solar is a medium- to large-scale solar farm that delivers clean energy to your utility’s grid. Residents, including renters, and businesses can subscribe to a portion of the energy generated by the solar farm – without any upfront fees, or having to install anything on their roof or property. Subscribers then receive credits on their utility bill and pay for those credits at a discount - saving money each month.
